This website is owned and operated by Laura Hamzic. Throughout the site, the terms "I', "we", "us", and "our" refer to Laura Hamzic. This site provides information and access to surface pattern licensing, custom painting commissions, fine art prints, and graphic design services.

2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including artwork, patterns, paintings, illustrations, text, branding, and imagery — is the intellectual property of Laura Hamzic. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Use of any licensed artwork is subject to the terms outlined in the separate Licensing Agreement, which must be read and agreed to prior to licensing any designs.

3. Custom Painting Commissions
Custom commissions (including family portraits, wedding paintings, and pet portraits) are made to order and involve a collaborative process. Payment terms, delivery timelines, and revision policies will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Commissioned artwork may not be reproduced, edited, or used commercially unless a separate agreement is made in writing.

Returns or refunds are not available for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are sold for personal use only. They may not be scanned, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes. All rights remain with the artist.

5. Pattern Licensing
Surface pattern designs are available for commercial licensing via direct agreement. These may include non-exclusive or exclusive use. Full license terms must be agreed to in writing prior to artwork delivery.

Pattern pricing is not listed on the website. If you're interested in licensing a design, please contact Laura Hamzic to receive a pricing guide and discuss the terms suited to your project.

6. Graphic Design Services
Graphic design services (e.g., event branding or social media assets) are offered on a project-by-project basis. All services will be quoted individually and agreed upon in writing before commencement. Final artwork is delivered based on the project brief and timeline.

Reproduction or reuse of graphic design work outside the agreed scope is not permitted.

7. Pricing & Payment
Prices for products or services may change at any time without notice. Payment terms are discussed individually per project or product. All payments must be received in full before final files or artwork are delivered.

8. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., Instagram, online shops). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our artwork, or any services rendered. All use of licensed artwork is at the licensee’s own risk and subject to their adherence to the agreed terms.
