Step 1: Let’s Chat

Start by getting in touch here. Let’s discuss your project, your preferences, and the perfect style for your custom pattern or illustration. Not sure exactly what you need? That’s totally fine — I’ll guide you through the process.

Step 2: Quote & Agreement

Once we’ve landed on a direction, I’ll provide a quote based on the scope and usage. If you're happy to proceed, we’ll confirm everything with a simple agreement and deposit.

Need exclusive rights or plan to use the design in multiple ways? Just let me know — we can tailor the licensing terms to suit.

Step 3: Design & Development

Now the fun begins! I’ll start sketching concepts, selecting colour palettes, and building out the design. You’ll receive an initial concept to review, followed by a round of revisions to make sure it’s just right.

Step 4: Final Artwork

Once approved, I’ll prepare your final files — usually in high-res JPEG or repeat tile format (but I can supply other formats too, just ask). Your artwork will be delivered ready to go and tailored to the specs you need.
