Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy.

1. Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at hello@laurahamzic.com.au. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@laurahamzic.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Art prints (due to change of mind)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before making a purchase.

4. Exchanges

To ensure you get the correct item, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is accepted, placing a separate order for the new item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
